Synopsis/Plot
Fun and Fancy Free is a 1947 Walt Disney animated musical fantasy comedy film. It is the ninth animated feature in the Walt Disney Animated Classics series. The film stars Edgar Bergen as the voice of two puppets, Charlie McCarthy and Mortimer Snerd. The film also features the voices of Dinah Shore, Cliff Edwards, and the Disney character Jiminy Cricket.
The story follows two stories, one involving Mickey Mouse and his friends, and the other involving a giant and two children. In the first story, Mickey, Donald Duck, and Goofy are living in a small house and struggling to make ends meet. They come across a magical music box that plays a song about a giant who lives in a nearby castle. The trio decides to go to the castle and meet the giant. After a few misadventures, they eventually make it to the castle and meet the giant, who turns out to be friendly and generous.
