Synopsis/Plot
Forsaken is a 2015 western drama film directed by Jon Cassar and starring Kiefer Sutherland, Donald Sutherland, and Brian Cox. The film follows John Henry Clayton (Kiefer Sutherland), a former gunslinger who returns to his hometown of Fowler, Wyoming after a long absence. He finds the town in the grip of a ruthless land baron, and his estranged father, Reverend Clayton (Donald Sutherland), who is struggling to maintain his faith in the face of a mounting crisis.
John Henry is determined to settle down and make peace with his father, but his past catches up with him when he is forced to confront his former gang, led by the violent and unpredictable Frank Hayes (Brian Cox). With the help of his friend, Deputy Sheriff Sam Jackson (Michael Wincott), John Henry must protect his town and his father from the gang’s increasingly violent attacks.
