Synopsis/Plot
Flowers in the Attic is a 2014 American drama film based on the 1979 novel of the same name by V.C. Andrews. The film follows the lives of four siblings, Chris, Cathy, Cory, and Carrie, who are sent to live with their grandparents in an old mansion after their father dies. Once they arrive, they are locked away in the attic and kept a secret from the rest of the family. The children must deal with their cruel grandmother and their mother’s lies as they try to survive in the attic.
The film follows the siblings as they struggle to survive in the attic, facing starvation and abuse. They must also deal with their mother’s lies and their grandmother’s cruelty.
