Synopsis – What to Expect from “Flicka 2”
Flicka 2 is a family drama that follows the story of Carrie McLaughlin, a teenage girl who has a passion for horses. She is sent to a ranch for the summer to help her father, Rob, to prepare for a horse race.
At the ranch, Carrie meets a wild mustang named Flicka. She quickly forms a bond with the horse and decides to train him for the race. However, Rob is against the idea and believes that Flicka is too wild to race.
Meanwhile, Carrie’s mother, Susan, is struggling to keep her family together after the death of her husband. She is also dealing with her own personal issues, which puts a strain on the relationship between Carrie and her parents.
Despite the obstacles, Carrie and Flicka continue to train for the race. As the race approaches, Carrie learns that her parents are facing foreclosure on their home. She decides to use the prize money from the race to help her family.
On the day of the race, Rob finally supports Carrie and Flicka. With the help of her family and friends, Carrie and Flicka make it to the finish line and win the race. In the end, Carrie and her family are able to keep their home and Carrie and Flicka continue to be best friends.
