Shawn and Nick arrive at cheerleading camp, and their plan to use the camp as a way to meet girls quickly backfires. The other students are unimpressed with their lack of enthusiasm and skill. To make matters worse, the camp’s head coach, Claire (Sarah Roemer), is determined to make them work hard and learn the fundamentals of cheerleading.
Despite their initial struggles, Shawn and Nick soon begin to enjoy themselves and make friends with their fellow campers. They also become more dedicated to learning the routines and mastering the stunts. But as the camp progresses, Shawn and Nick find themselves struggling to keep up with the other students.
