Synopsis/Plot
Drive Angry is a 2011 action-adventure film directed by Patrick Lussier and starring Nicolas Cage, Amber Heard, and William Fichtner. The film follows the story of Milton (Cage), a hardened felon who has broken out of hell for one last chance at redemption. After learning that his daughter has been murdered and her soul taken by a cult of satanic worshippers, Milton sets out on a mission of vengeance and redemption to save her. Along the way, he is pursued by the relentless Accountant (Fichtner), a supernatural agent of the devil, and a relentless police officer (Heard).
The film is filled with high-speed car chases, gunfights, and explosions as Milton races against time to save his daughter. Along the way, he meets a variety of colorful characters, including Piper (Heard), a mysterious young woman who joins him on his mission; The Father (Billy Burke), the mysterious leader of the cult; and Jonah King (David Morse), the cult’s charismatic leader.
