The movie begins with the Power Rangers discovering an ancient artifact known as the Dino Mega Charge. This mysterious device holds the power to unlock the secrets of the universe. With the help of their mentor Zordon, the Rangers must learn how to use the Dino Mega Charge and use its power to protect the world from the evil forces of the intergalactic warlord, Lord Zedd.
