Synopsis – What to Expect from “Desperate Measures”
Desperate Measures is a 1998 action thriller directed by Barbet Schroeder and starring Michael Keaton, Andy Garcia, and Brian Cox.
The film follows San Francisco police detective Frank Connor (Keaton) as he is tasked with tracking down a serial killer who is targeting the city’s homeless population. After a series of brutal murders, Connor is desperate to find the killer before he strikes again.
