Synopsis – What to Expect from “Desert Saints”
Desert Saints is a crime thriller released in 2002. It stars Kiefer Sutherland as Richard, a professional thief who robs banks and other businesses in the Southwest. He is accompanied by his accomplice, Ray, played by Barry Pepper.
The story begins with Richard and Ray on the run after a failed robbery. They are pursued by a relentless FBI agent, John (Michael O’Keefe), who is determined to bring them to justice. After evading capture, the two criminals make their way to Las Vegas, where they plan to carry out their biggest heist yet.
In Las Vegas, Richard and Ray meet up with a mysterious woman, Angel (Melora Walters). She introduces them to her boss, a powerful and dangerous man known as The Boss (Michael Madsen). The Boss is the mastermind behind a criminal organization that operates in the desert. He has a plan for Richard and Ray, and he wants them to join his crew.
At first, Richard and Ray are hesitant, but they eventually agree to The Boss’s plan. They are tasked with stealing a cache of weapons from a military base in the desert. The heist is successful, and the two criminals are able to make off with the weapons.
However, they soon find themselves in the crosshairs of the FBI, as well as the local police. With the law closing in, the two criminals must find a way to get out of the desert alive. With the
