The film follows the story of Colonel Scott McCoy (Chuck Norris) and his Delta Force team as they attempt to take down a powerful drug lord in Colombia. The drug lord, known as Ramon Cota, is responsible for trafficking cocaine into the United States and is protected by a vast network of corrupt officials.
Colonel McCoy and his team are sent to Colombia to take down Cota and his organization, but they soon find themselves in a dangerous and unpredictable situation. Cota’s men are well-armed and heavily entrenched, and they will do anything to protect their boss and their lucrative drug business.
McCoy and his team face a series of dangerous and thrilling challenges as they attempt to infiltrate Cota’s stronghold and take him down. Along the way, they must battle mercenaries, outwit government agents, and even survive a daring skydiving mission.
