Synopsis – What to Expect from “Deidra & Laney Rob a Train”
Deidra & Laney Rob a Train tells the story of two teenage sisters, Deidra and Laney, living in poverty in a small Southern town. With their mother struggling to make ends meet and their father in jail, the two girls are forced to take matters into their own hands. In an effort to provide for their family, Deidra and Laney come up with a plan to rob a nearby train.
The girls enlist the help of their friend, Randy, to carry out their plan. With no prior experience in crime, the trio must quickly learn the ropes of robbing a train. Along the way, they discover the importance of friendship and loyalty, and learn that sometimes you have to take risks to make a difference.
