Synopsis/Plot
Dark Angel is a 2000 American science fiction action film directed by James Cameron and starring Jessica Alba. The film follows Max Guevara, a genetically enhanced super-soldier who escapes from a covert government facility and searches for her origins.
Max was created as part of a secret government project to create a new breed of super soldier. After escaping from the facility, she is taken in by a group of underground hackers who help her to find her past. As Max begins to uncover the truth about her past, she must also fight off the government forces who are determined to capture her.
The film follows Max as she struggles to stay one step ahead of the government forces while also trying to find out who she really is. Along the way, she discovers that her enhanced abilities make her a target for those who want to use her for their own gain.
