Synopsis – What to Expect from “Cougars, Inc.”
Cougars, Inc. follows the story of Sam, a high school senior who is desperate to get into college. In order to raise money for tuition, Sam and his friends, Gordon and Marty, start an escort service for divorced women, targeting wealthy and lonely cougars.
The trio quickly find success and are soon living the high life. However, things take a turn for the worse when Sam’s girlfriend, Emily, discovers what they are doing. She is appalled and breaks up with him, leaving him heartbroken.
At the same time, Sam’s father, a former professional baseball player, is struggling to make ends meet and is unable to help Sam financially. Sam’s father is also dealing with the fact that his ex-wife, Sam’s mother, is in a relationship with an older man.
Sam and his friends decide to take their business to the next level and start targeting wealthy businessmen, but things quickly spiral out of control. Sam’s father discovers what they are doing and is furious. He confronts Sam and tells him to shut down the business or face the consequences.
Sam is forced to make a decision: continue with the business and risk getting into serious trouble, or shut it down and face the financial burden of college tuition. In the end, Sam decides to shut down the business and take responsibility for his actions.
The movie ends with Sam’s father accepting his decision and offering to help him with tuition. Sam is relieved
