Synopsis/Plot
Coneheads is a 1993 American science fiction comedy film based on the Saturday Night Live comedy sketches of the same name. The film stars Dan Aykroyd and Jane Curtin as Beldar and Prymaat Conehead, a pair of alien refugees from the planet Remulak who crash-land on Earth in a spaceship and attempt to blend in with American society. Also starring in the film are Michelle Burke, Michael McKean, and David Spade.
The story follows Beldar and Prymaat as they struggle to adapt to life on Earth and keep their alien identities a secret while trying to avoid being discovered by the government. With the help of their new human friends, the Coneheads must find a way to get back to their home planet before they are arrested for being illegal aliens. Along the way, they experience the joys and struggles of everyday life, learning about the culture and customs of their adopted home.
