Synopsis/Plot
City Hall is a 1996 political drama directed by Harold Becker and starring Al Pacino, John Cusack, Bridget Fonda, and Danny Aiello. The film follows the story of New York City Mayor John Pappas (Pacino) and Deputy Mayor Kevin Calhoun (Cusack) as they struggle to balance the demands of the city’s citizens with the politics of the day.
