Chicken Little is a 2005 American 3D computer-animated science fiction comedy film produced by Walt Disney Feature Animation and released by Walt Disney Pictures. The 46th Disney animated feature film, it was directed by Mark Dindal from a screenplay by Steve Bencich, Ron J. Friedman, and Ron Anderson, based on a story by Mark Kennedy and Dindal. The film is based on the classic folktale of the same name, and stars the voices of Zach Braff, Joan Cusack, Steve Zahn, and Don Knotts.
The film centers around Chicken Little, a young chicken who causes widespread panic and mayhem when he mistakes a falling acorn for a piece of the sky. As the townspeople ofOakey Oaks form a plan to capture the alien they think is responsible for Chicken Little’s misperception, Chicken Little and his ragtag group of friends attempt to uncover the truth and save the town from an alien invasion.
