Synopsis/Plot
Che: Part One is a 2008 biopic directed by Steven Soderbergh about the life of revolutionary leader Che Guevara. It stars Benicio Del Toro as Che, and follows his journey from medical student in Argentina to guerrilla leader in Cuba.
The movie begins in Mexico City in 1955, where Che and Fidel Castro meet and begin to plan an overthrow of the Cuban government. Che then leads a force of guerrillas into the Cuban mountains to begin their fight against the oppressive regime. As the guerrillas fight, Che’s charisma and leadership skills quickly become apparent, and he soon becomes the leader of the revolution.
The movie follows Che and his forces as they fight their way across Cuba, using guerilla tactics to outsmart the enemy. Along the way, Che and his men face numerous hardships, including sickness, hunger, and betrayal. Despite the odds, they eventually succeed in overthrowing the government and establishing a new socialist state.
The movie also follows Che as he travels to New York and other countries to spread his message of revolution and social justice. He meets with world leaders, including the United Nations, and speaks at rallies and conferences. However, his growing fame and influence also
