Synopsis/Plot
Cats & Dogs is a 2001 action-comedy film that follows the eternal struggle between cats and dogs. The film opens with a cat named Mr. Tinkles who is plotting to take over the world with an army of cats. Meanwhile, a beagle puppy named Lou is recruited by a secret society of dogs known as the “M.E.O.W.S.” to help them stop Mr. Tinkles’ evil plan.
The film follows the adventures of Lou and his canine companions as they battle the forces of Mr. Tinkles and his feline minions. Along the way, they enlist the help of a scientist, Professor Brody, who is trying to create a serum that will make cats and dogs get along peacefully.
