Synopsis – What to Expect from “Camel Spiders”
Camel Spiders is a 2011 horror/thriller movie about a group of people who are terrorized by giant, mutated camel spiders.
The movie opens with a group of four friends who are on a road trip in the desert of Arizona. While camping, they come across a box of camel spiders that have been mutated by a military experiment gone wrong. Unaware of the danger they are in, the group decides to take the spiders home with them.
Back at home, the spiders start to breed and grow in size. They soon become a menace to the small town, killing pets and livestock and scaring the citizens.
The group of friends soon discovers that the spiders are actually the product of a military experiment and are now out of control. They must now figure out a way to stop the spiders before they take over the town.
In an effort to save the town, the friends enlist the help of a local scientist who has been researching the spiders. Together, they come up with a plan to lure the spiders into a trap and then use high voltage electricity to kill them.
The plan works and the town is saved. However, the friends soon discover that the spiders were just the beginning of a much larger and more dangerous threat.
The movie ends with the friends facing off against the evil mastermind behind the military experiment. In the end, they are able to defeat him and save the town from the threat of the mutated camel
