Synopsis/Plot
Caddyshack is a classic 1980s comedy directed by Harold Ramis and starring Chevy Chase, Rodney Dangerfield, Bill Murray, and Ted Knight. The story follows the exploits of the caddies at an exclusive golf club, where the wealthy and privileged come to play. The caddies are a rag-tag group of misfits, including Danny Noonan (Michael O’Keefe), a poor college student trying to make ends meet by caddying, and Ty Webb (Chase), a mysterious and eccentric golfer.
The plot follows Danny’s attempts to win a college scholarship by winning a prestigious golf tournament at the club. However, he faces stiff competition from the other caddies, as well as the snooty members of the club. Meanwhile, Ty Webb attempts to teach Danny the secrets of the game, while the other caddies try to sabotage him.
