Synopsis/Plot
Bunyan and Babe is a 2017 computer-animated comedy adventure film directed by Tony Bancroft and co-directed by Jeffrey M. Howard. It stars John Goodman, Jeff Foxworthy, Johnny Orlando, and Harland Williams as the voices of the characters.
The film follows the adventures of 12-year-old Travis Barclay and his magical talking beaver, Bunyan, as they set out on a mission to save the world from the nefarious plans of the evil industrialist, J.T. Grimlock. Along the way, they enlist the help of a giant, Babe the Blue Ox, and a host of other characters.
The film is set in a world where the magical creatures of legend still exist. Travis and Bunyan must traverse this world, encountering mythological creatures such as a sasquatch, a dragon, and a unicorn, while also facing off against Grimlock’s robot minions.
The film is filled with humor, adventure, and heart. Along the way, Travis learns important lessons about friendship, loyalty, and standing up for what is right.
