Synopsis – What to Expect from “Bullet”
Bullet is a 1996 action-thriller film starring Mickey Rourke as Butch “Bullet” Stein, a Jewish ex-convict. After spending 12 years in prison, Bullet is determined to start a new life and stay out of trouble.
However, his past catches up with him when he is hired by his former employer, mobster Frank Vallelonga, to help him in a turf war against a rival gang. Bullet reluctantly agrees to help Vallelonga, but soon finds himself in the middle of a violent and dangerous situation.
The turf war between Vallelonga and the rival gang is escalating, and Bullet must prove his loyalty to Vallelonga to stay alive. He is also pursued by a police detective who is determined to put him back behind bars.
As the stakes become higher, Bullet finds himself in a race against time to stay alive and protect his loved ones. He must use all of his skills and cunning to survive and protect those he cares about.
The film culminates in an explosive finale as Bullet faces off against his enemies and attempts to bring an end to the turf war. In the end, he must decide what is more important to him: his freedom or his loyalty to his former employer.
