Synopsis – What to Expect from “Blood Moon”
Blood Moon is a 2014 Western horror-thriller set in the American West of the 1880s. The story follows a group of settlers who have come to the small town of Red Rock, Wyoming, seeking a better life.
The town is quickly beset by a mysterious and deadly force, as a blood moon rises in the night sky. The locals are convinced that the supernatural force is the result of a curse, cast by a powerful witch who was wronged by the settlers many years ago.
The settlers must now face the evil forces of the witch and her minions, as they attempt to survive the night and save the town from destruction. Along the way, they must also confront their own inner demons and grapple with the darkness that lies within.
As the night progresses, the settlers discover the truth behind the curse, and are forced to confront the dark secrets of their past. In the end, they must make a choice between facing their fears and saving the town, or succumbing to the darkness and letting the witch have her revenge.
The film stars Michael Biehn, Lance Henriksen, and Sarah Carter and is directed by Jason Bognacki. It is a thrilling, suspenseful ride that will keep you on the edge of your seat until the very end.
