Synopsis/Plot
Black Widow is a 2020 superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name. The film follows Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson), who is a former KGB assassin and member of the Avengers. After the events of Captain America: Civil War, Natasha has become an international fugitive and is forced to confront her past when a dangerous conspiracy arises.
The film follows Natasha as she battles against a mysterious and powerful new enemy, Taskmaster, who has the ability to predict and mimic her every move. In order to save her friends and the world, she must face her dark past and confront the secrets that have been hidden from her for years. Along the way, she will team up with other Marvel heroes, including Yelena Belova (Florence Pugh), Red Guardian (David Harbour), and Melina Vostokoff (Rachel Weisz).
In addition to the action-packed fight sequences, the film also explores Natasha’s personal journey of self-discovery.
