Synopsis – What to Expect from “Black Water”
Black Water is a 2007 Australian psychological thriller directed by David Nerlich and Andrew Traucki. The film follows three friends, Grace, Lee, and Adam, on a fishing trip in the mangrove swamps of Northern Australia. Things take a turn for the worse when they are attacked by a large saltwater crocodile.
Grace, Lee, and Adam are enjoying their day on the water, fishing and having a good time. But when they enter the mangrove swamps, they soon realize that they are in a dangerous place. The water is murky and they can’t see what lies beneath the surface.
Suddenly, the boat is attacked by a huge saltwater crocodile. The three friends try to fight it off but it is too powerful. The crocodile capsizes the boat and they are left stranded in the swamp. With no way out, the three friends must find a way to survive in the treacherous mangrove swamps.
They must battle the elements, the crocodile, and their own fear as they try to make it out alive. With no food or water, they must rely on their wit and courage to make it out alive. As they struggle to survive, they soon realize that the crocodile is stalking them.
The three friends must use all their strength and courage to make it out alive. Will they be able to survive the treacherous mangrove swamps and the relentless pursuit of the crocodile?
