Synopsis/Plot
Beverly Hills Cop is a classic action-comedy movie released in 1984. It stars Eddie Murphy as Detroit cop Axel Foley, who is sent to Beverly Hills, California to investigate the murder of his best friend. Foley quickly finds himself in over his head as he navigates the unfamiliar terrain of the luxury lifestyle of Beverly Hills. With the help of two bumbling detectives, Billy Rosewood and Jon Taggart, Foley is able to uncover a major crime syndicate that is responsible for his friend’s death. Along the way, Foley and his newfound allies must use their wits and street smarts to outwit the criminals and bring justice to the city.
