Synopsis/Plot
Beverly Hills Cop II is a 1987 action-comedy film starring Eddie Murphy as Axel Foley, a Detroit cop who travels to Beverly Hills to investigate a series of robberies. Foley teams up with two Beverly Hills detectives, Rosewood (Judge Reinhold) and Taggart (John Ashton), to investigate the robberies and the mysterious figure behind them. As the investigation unfolds, Foley finds himself in the middle of a dangerous criminal underworld and must use all of his street smarts to bring down the mastermind behind the robberies. Along the way, Foley also finds time to romance a beautiful art gallery owner (Jill Schoelen) and prove to the Beverly Hills detectives that he is a capable cop. With its mix of comedy, action, and suspense, Beverly Hills Cop II is an entertaining ride that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
