Synopsis/Plot
Batman: Year One is a 2011 animated film based on the comic book series of the same name. The film follows the origin story of Batman, from his beginnings as a young vigilante to his transformation into the Dark Knight. It follows Bruce Wayne’s return to Gotham City after many years of training and his first attempts at bringing justice to the corrupt city.
The film follows Bruce Wayne’s transformation into Batman, as he struggles to find his place in Gotham City. He must also learn to cope with his own inner demons, as well as the corruption of the city. With the help of his butler Alfred, Bruce begins to take on the criminal underworld of Gotham. He must also confront the corruption of the police force, led by Commissioner Gordon, and the mysterious vigilante known as Catwoman.

It is a thrilling and intense look at the early days of Batman, and his struggles to bring justice to Gotham City.
