Synopsis/Plot
Bait is a 2000 British-American action-thriller directed by Antoine Fuqua. The film stars Jamie Foxx, David Morse, and Robert Pastorelli.
The movie follows the story of a young man, Alvin Sanders (Foxx), who is framed for a bank robbery. He is sent to prison and forced to share a cell with a convicted serial killer, John Jaster (Morse). Jaster has a plan to break out of prison and take revenge on the people who framed him. With the help of Alvin, Jaster and his crew of criminals execute a daring escape and go on a violent rampage.
Alvin is forced to join Jaster’s gang and help them commit a series of daring heists. As they go on their crime spree, Alvin discovers that Jaster is actually a former military officer who was framed for a crime he didn’t commit. Alvin begins to sympathize with Jaster and decide to help him get revenge on those who wronged him.
Meanwhile, the police are hot on their trail and are determined to capture Jaster and his gang. As Alvin and Jaster become closer, Alvin is forced to decide between loyalty to Jaster and his own
