Synopsis/Plot
Bad Moms is a 2016 American comedy film that follows the story of three overworked and under-appreciated moms: Amy Mitchell (Mila Kunis), Kiki (Kristen Bell), and Carla (Kathryn Hahn). After reaching their breaking point, the three moms decide to rebel against the pressures of society and throw all caution to the wind. They soon discover the liberating joys of being “bad” moms and set out to make their own rules.
The movie follows Amy and her two new friends as they navigate the challenges of modern motherhood. They soon discover that there is strength in numbers and that by working together, they can take on the impossible. As they become closer, they also learn that it’s important to take time for themselves and enjoy the little things in life.
The movie is full of outrageous and hilarious moments as the three moms take on the school PTA, the local bar, and their own personal issues. In the end, they discover that it’s okay to be a little bad sometimes, and that by embracing their inner bad mom, they can finally find the freedom they’ve been searching for.
