Synopsis/Plot
August Rush tells the story of a young boy named Evan Taylor, an orphan living in a New York City foster home. His parents, Lyla and Louis, are both musicians who had a brief love affair and never knew they had a son. When Evan discovers his musical talent, he runs away from the foster home and embarks on a journey to find his parents. Along the way, he meets a variety of characters, including a street musician, a wealthy socialite, and a wizard-like figure known as the Wizard. With the help of these new friends, Evan discovers that music is the key to finding his parents and reuniting his family.
The movie follows Evan as he discovers his musical abilities and uses them to search for his parents. He meets a variety of people along the way, including a street musician named Arthur who helps him hone his musical skills. He also meets a wealthy socialite named Lyla, who helps him understand the importance of family and the power of music. With the help of the Wizard, Evan discovers the power of music and how it can bring people together.
