Synopsis/Plot
Assault on Precinct 13 is a classic 1976 action thriller directed by John Carpenter. The film follows a group of police officers and criminals who are forced to work together to defend an isolated police station against a relentless gang of criminals.
The story takes place in the fictional city of Anderson, California. The precinct is located in a rundown section of town, and is staffed by only four officers. On the night of the assault, a busload of criminals is being transferred to the station for processing. However, the bus crashes and the criminals escape.
Meanwhile, a gang of ruthless criminals led by a mysterious figure known as “Street Thunder” is on the prowl. They plan to take over the precinct and use it as a base for their criminal activities. The officers and criminals inside the precinct must band together to defend the station against the gang’s relentless attack.
The film features an all-star cast, including Austin Stoker, Darwin Joston, Laurie Zimmer, and Tony Burton. The action is intense and the suspense is palpable as the characters fight for their lives against the criminals.
