Synopsis – What to Expect from “Annabelle’s Wish”
Annabelle’s Wish is a heartwarming animated movie about a young calf named Annabelle who dreams of one day being able to fly.
The movie begins with Annabelle’s birth on a farm in rural Tennessee. She is a very special calf, as she is born with a pair of wings. The other animals on the farm are amazed and scared by her wings, and the farmer’s wife is so frightened that she immediately orders the calf to be sold.
Annabelle is sold to a kindly old man named Billy who lives nearby. Billy is a gentle soul who has a deep love for animals, and he quickly takes Annabelle under his wing. He promises to take care of her and protect her from harm.
Annabelle is determined to fulfill her dream of flying, and she begins to practice flying in secret. With the help of her new friend, a wise old owl, Annabelle gradually learns how to fly.
Meanwhile, the farmer’s wife is determined to get Annabelle back and has hired a group of thugs to capture her. In the end, Annabelle is able to escape and reunite with Billy.
Billy, with the help of a local veterinarian, is able to remove Annabelle’s wings, allowing her to live a normal life. But Annabelle is still determined to fly, and so Billy arranges for her to fly one last time on Christmas Eve.
