Synopsis – What to Expect from “Andre”
Andre is a heartwarming family movie about a young harbor seal named Andre that is separated from his family during a violent storm. He washes ashore on a small island off the coast of Maine, where he is rescued by a kindly girl named Holly and her grandfather, who take him in and care for him.
The movie follows the adventures of Andre and Holly as they become fast friends and learn to live together on the island. Holly’s grandfather is a fisherman who is struggling to make ends meet. He is initially hesitant to keep Andre, but eventually warms up to him and the two form a strong bond.
Meanwhile, Andre’s family has been searching for him and eventually finds him on the island. The family is overjoyed to be reunited and they all live happily together. However, Andre’s family soon discovers that the island is being threatened by a large corporation that is planning to build a resort on the island.
Holly and her grandfather join forces with Andre’s family to protect the island and its unique wildlife. They come up with a plan to save the island and its inhabitants, but it will require a great deal of courage and determination.
In the end, the group is successful in their efforts and the island is preserved. Andre and Holly’s friendship has grown even stronger and they are now inseparable.
