Synopsis – What to Expect from “Already Tomorrow in Hong Kong”
Already Tomorrow in Hong Kong is a romantic drama about two strangers who unexpectedly meet and form a connection in the bustling city of Hong Kong.
The movie follows Ruby (Jamie Chung), a Chinese-American toy designer who has recently moved to Hong Kong. She is struggling to find her place in the city and is feeling overwhelmed by the fast-paced environment.
At the same time, Josh (Bryan Greenberg) is a successful American businessman who is in Hong Kong on a business trip. He is feeling lonely and out of place in the unfamiliar city.
One night, Ruby and Josh meet by chance while out in Hong Kong. They quickly form a connection and spend the night exploring the city together. As the night progresses, they get to know each other and slowly fall in love.
The next day, Josh has to leave Hong Kong for his business trip, but he promises to come back for Ruby. However, when he returns, he finds that Ruby has left without a trace.
Desperate to find her, Josh searches all over Hong Kong, but he can’t find her. Eventually, he discovers that Ruby is in Macau, and he rushes to find her.
When Josh finally finds Ruby, they share a passionate reunion. They realize that they are meant to be together, and Josh proposes to Ruby.
