Synopsis/Plot
Alfie is a 2004 romantic comedy-drama starring Jude Law as the title character, a charming, irreverent womanizer in modern-day New York City. The film follows Alfie as he embarks on a journey of self-discovery while juggling the affections of several different women.
Alfie begins with the titular character, a successful yet shallow womanizer who views women as objects to be manipulated and used for his own pleasure. He is a limousine driver in New York City who lives a carefree life, taking advantage of the women who are attracted to him. He is content with his lifestyle until he begins to question his choices and realizes that his actions are having an effect on those around him.
