Synopsis – What to Expect from “After the Dark”
After the Dark is a science fiction drama released in 2013. The movie follows a group of high school seniors, each with their own unique talents and personalities, as they prepare to take part in a final exam for their philosophy class. The exam is administered by their enigmatic teacher, Mr. Zimit, who gives them an unusual task: they must create a plan for survival in the event of a nuclear apocalypse.
The students must work together to create a plan that will ensure the survival of the entire group. They must decide who will get the limited resources and who will be left behind. As they debate and struggle to come to a consensus, their relationships are tested and secrets are revealed.
The group must also face the challenge of Mr. Zimit’s mysterious assistant, who has a hidden agenda. As the clock ticks down and tensions mount, the students must make tough decisions and face the consequences of their choices.
The movie follows the group as they struggle to survive the nuclear apocalypse and come to terms with the moral dilemmas they face. In the end, they must decide whether to put their own survival first or risk everything to save the lives of others.
