Synopsis – What to Expect from “Adventures in Babysitting”
Adventures in Babysitting is a 2016 American comedy film directed by John Schultz and starring Sofia Carson and Sabrina Carpenter. The film follows two teenage babysitters, Jenny (Carson) and Lola (Carpenter), who are tasked with looking after a group of kids for the night.
The night starts off innocently enough, but quickly takes a wild turn when the kids sneak out of the house and the girls end up on an adventure across the city. Along the way, they must dodge an angry ex-boyfriend, a gang of street toughs, and a shady drug dealer. Meanwhile, the kids get into all kinds of mischief, including stealing a car and crashing a party.
Jenny and Lola must use their wits and courage to get the kids home safe and sound, while also learning a few lessons about friendship and responsibility. Along the way, they discover that the most important thing in life is to never give up, no matter how tough the situation may seem. In the end, the girls realize that they can do anything if they work together.
