Synopsis – What to Expect from “A Tale of Two Guns”
A Tale of Two Guns is a 2022 action-thriller film directed by Robert Rodriguez and starring John Cusack and Robert De Niro.
The story follows two guns, one belonging to a retired military veteran (John Cusack) and the other to a notorious drug lord (Robert De Niro). After a chance encounter, the two men find themselves embroiled in a deadly game of cat and mouse as the veteran attempts to reclaim his gun and the drug lord seeks to protect his own.
The veteran, desperate to retrieve the gun, enlists the help of a group of ex-military friends to help him infiltrate the drug lord’s compound. With the help of his friends, the veteran is able to locate and reclaim his gun, but not before a violent confrontation with the drug lord and his henchmen.
In the aftermath of the confrontation, the veteran is left to grapple with the consequences of his actions. He must come to terms with the fact that he has taken a life and must now face the consequences of his actions.
Meanwhile, the drug lord is determined to avenge his loss and reclaim his gun. He begins to track down the veteran and his friends, leading to a final showdown between the two men.
The veteran and the drug lord face off in a bloody gun battle, with the veteran ultimately emerging victorious. In the end, the veteran is able to reclaim his gun and the drug lord is sent to prison
