Synopsis/Plot
A Street Cat Named Bob is a heartwarming British drama based on the true story of James Bowen, a homeless busker and recovering drug addict living on the streets of London. After finding an injured ginger cat in the hallway of his apartment building, James takes him in and names him Bob. As the two form an unlikely friendship, Bob helps James to turn his life around.
The film follows James and Bob as they struggle to make ends meet, with James busking and selling The Big Issue magazine in Covent Garden and Bob accompanying him on his rounds. As James battles to overcome his addictions, Bob helps him to find the courage to face his demons and build a better life. Along the way, James discovers the healing power of friendship and the importance of giving back to the community.
