Synopsis – What to Expect from “A Muppet Family Christmas”
A Muppet Family Christmas is a 1987 Christmas television special featuring Jim Henson’s Muppets.
The story begins with Fozzie Bear and the rest of the Muppet gang gathering at Fozzie’s mother’s farmhouse for Christmas. However, when Fozzie, Kermit the Frog, and the others arrive, they find that the farmhouse is already occupied by a group of Fraggles, led by their leader, Ma Gorg.
The Muppets and the Fraggles soon become friends and join forces to decorate the farmhouse for Christmas. As they decorate, they sing Christmas carols and enjoy the holiday spirit.
Meanwhile, Fozzie’s mother, Emily, is on her way home and is shocked to find the farmhouse full of Muppets and Fraggles. She is even more surprised to find that her old friend Doc is also at the farmhouse. Doc is an old wizard who lives in the nearby woods.
The Muppets, Fraggles, and Doc soon find out that Emily is in danger from an evil Christmas creature called the Snowman. The Snowman has been kidnapping people and turning them into snowmen. The Muppets, Fraggles, and Doc team up to save Emily and defeat the Snowman.
The Muppets, Fraggles, and Doc eventually succeed in defeating the Snowman and saving Emily. The group then celebrates
