Synopsis/Plot
30 Days of Night is a 2007 American horror film based on the comic book miniseries of the same name. The film was directed by David Slade and stars Josh Hartnett, Melissa George, Danny Huston, Ben Foster, and Mark Boone Junior.
The story takes place in a small Alaskan town called Barrow, which experiences a month-long period of darkness every winter. During this time, the town is cut off from the rest of the world and its inhabitants are forced to endure 30 days of night.
When a group of vampires led by Marlow (Huston) arrive in Barrow, they begin to hunt the townspeople, forcing Sheriff Eben Oleson (Hartnett) and his estranged wife Stella (George) to fight for the survival of the town. With the help of a local Native American, Eben and Stella must battle the vampires and survive the long night.
The film is filled with intense action sequences, suspenseful moments, and plenty of gore. It is a dark and gritty horror film that is sure to please fans of the genre. With its strong performances and thrilling story, 30 Days of Night is a must-see for horror
